Anyone know how to get a perfume bottle to spray again?

I'm so bummed....I picked up my Joan Rivers Now & Forever perfume bottle to use again, now that's it's Spring....and it wouldn't spray! I tried rinsing the top in hot water, taking off the sprayer button, soaking that in hot water, but nothing has worked. I don't know what happened to make it stop spraying, but now that this perfume is no longer offered, I am so disappointed. Any suggestions??
