Anti-Aging Eye Cream for Fine lines-which is best?

Hi, I'm turning 65 this summer. I have fine lines below my eyes but not real bad. I like to use an eye cream that reduces puffiness and firms & minimizes the lines. I have been using Dr. Denese aquacell for a couple of months and don't see a great difference from other products used before. I am considering trying the Peter Thomas Roth line - eye cream. What is your experience with PTR compared to Denese. I was using Philosophy before. Thankfully, although my skin tends to be dry, I have very smooth skin for my age. I am supposed to get a auto-delivery on Denese so thanks for any prompt response.
