Sorry to be so graphic
I constipate easy and just started taking Andrew's Fiber - I am taking one with Breakfast and one with Lunch and 2 with dinner - SO 4 a day....
Not seeing much of a change but I'm scared to go overboard because I also know fiber can constipate you (I DO NOT NEED MORE OF THAT)
I drink over 90oz of PURE water a day and I workout 6 days a week....
How many do you take a day AND when / how do you take them?
