Unbelievable. QVC has known for three months this was coming. The reason given was the vendor was out of product. So I called CS to cancel the whole thing and the rep told me, "it was only the second shipment". I told her I didn't care if it was the second or the thousandth, QVC should have been prepared. Then she said, "well it was the final one anyway." I no longer will be doing AD with QVC. Have read of way too many AD's being back ordered or even cancelled. My spending with QVC has been cut drastically the past 6 months, I guess that will continue since CS doesn't really seem to care.....oh and no apology either from the rep I spoke with. Way to go QVC!

That's awful!! The same thing happened to me with Tarte's Beauty Without Boundaries TSV. I waited 45 days on backorder for my 2nd AD, and then QVC cancelled the entire program!!
