30-somethings... What is your beauty skincare routine?

Those of you in your 30s, I'm interested in hearing what your skincare routines are. I don't do much now, but realize I'm getting older and need to take better care of my skin. Here's my current routine:

AM

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash

Oil of Olay Regenerist Serum

Oil of Olay Moisturizer w/ SPF

Clinique All About Eyes cream

(Followed by make-up)

PM

Purity Made Simple

Stridex pad

Oil of Olay Regenerist Serum

Clinique Yellow Moisturizer

See? Nothing fancy. I know I should probably start using a better serum or maybe one with retinol, but don't know where or how to start. Figured I'd see what the rest of you 30-somethings use!
