Thank you, birdmama, for your friendship and concern.

Thanks to everyone who responded with good wishes.

Our prayers were answered yesterday morning when Dad passed on to his next journey. He was tired and ailing and very much ready to leave this earth. We are relieved that he is now at peace and we have many, many years of wonderful memories to cherish.
