For now, the colder weather is probably better for Michigan fruit farms.

Wish I had a little bit of snow. None, first year in a long time.

Here in SE Michigan we have had a rainy winter. Unheard of. We usually get 40 inches of snow. We have had less than 10. However it is not unheard of to have snow storms until mid April. No complaints here although time will tell the effect on Great Lakes water levels.

Last night we had a deluge. It rained so hard that you couldn't drive in it
It was very warm too. Today its snowing a tiny bit. This is Michigan ,if you don't like the weather, wait a minute, it will change

Ice, then snow, now wind. To think we set a record high in Wisconsin just two days ago. The weatherman said from golfing to sledding overnight.

Here in the Detroit area most of our 'snow days' are due to ice on the roads. Usually about 5 a winter.

Well, it is only February. I'm surprised to hear that spring comes to MI in March. I always think of MI as a cold, northern state. I'm in MA and whole calendar spring might come in March, spring weather does not. We get scattering of nice days but we're still wearing our winter things through March and snow doesn't surprise anyone if it comes in March.
