@lulutoby  I bought many varieties of lenten roses last year, and four plants are blooming now.

I am collecting, gradually, items for a simple outdoor fairy garden. one that will be on a table or something similar.  That is the only place, here, where it would be safe from night roaming critters, in addition to which I can't get down on the ground due to too many falls on my knees, and I havn't squated in at least a decade, lol, so a ground garden is not doable.  I am flexible in the bending area so am able to pull weeds, etc.

hello guys,

thanks Anika for my b-day reading, just skimmed details,will go back and read the page more carefully after my walk

dh and i went back to matterress store. the new mattress is a plush top with gel insides and other stuffing.

put an older sheet on the store bed to see if my older sheets will fit, it did fit but just barely. may have to purchase newer sheets for this bed.

have to get my walk in. on way to mattress store stopped at dunk donuts for 6 donuts for dessert this week. tired of ice cream and cake.

enjoyed all the updates. just make sure i come tomorrow to the new chat room board.

I have to agree as I do a lot of laughing each day.

I grew up being silenced if I laughed too much or too loud.  It was always a finger pointed at me and a snap of the fingers to stop.  Sarah (DD) and I especially laugh a lot.  If around my Mom we get the look and told we are being too silly.  I can't remember a day that my Mom actually laughed.

Sassy,  They are gerenuks,  the only member of their class/family.  African antelopes.   They are sometimes called giraffe gazelles, but aren't related.
