I would be too scared to say anything.

RUN as far away from that situation as you can! No good will come of it.
When you roll in the mud with pigs, you just get dirty, and the pig likes it.

Jacie, LOVE your answer. And to the OP, mind your own business. You do NOT want to get involved. It will only come back to bite you on the rear end.

I would like to reiterate to the OP, MYOB!

My advice would be to stay out of it.
This could turn very ugly for you.
There is no way to tell what her or his reaction might be when he finds out..

Hopefully everything is OK and you have been able to come to terms with your decision. Good luck.

This is a tough one. A lot depends on your relationship with her. My Sunday School teacher (baptist church) died of aids from her cheating husband of many years. Cheating is not just immoral it can be deadly. I would tend to just stay out of it if it was just a neighbor that I barely spoke to since I would not know their situation, friends, etc. If it was someone I was close to and knew she did not have a clue, I might have to same something.

Maybe they will at least move to another room for your peace and quiet. He probably has no idea their sounds carry through the walls. You shouldn't have to be exposed to their fun and games. I'm guessing he and wife don't impinge on your privacy with that level of noise?
However offensive the behavior is, it is not your business, and could potentially be dangerous to involve yourself directly with either of them.
Any other action will not be appreciated by anyone.
