Re: Anyone have to give money to elderly parents?

[ Edited ]

@libbyannE I hear you there, I lost my Mom when she was 47 and my Dad when he was 55, I would have loved to have been given a chance to help them had they been allowed to age, they were always there for me and loved me unconditionally, I would have been honored to do the same for them, may they RIP, forever in my heart!

@CareBears

Oh, I am so sorry for your early losses. My mother's father died when she was 12, and it is still THE event of her life. Her mother died at 57 a year before I was born. So sad. I am blessed that my mother is 90, my dad is 94, and my stepmother is 93. I feel incredibly blessed. Rightly so. I hope your life has filled up with love in other ways.
