Yes, I still have his first two tapes. I hope he is doing alright. I always liked him. And yes there is a lot of hateful  rumors out there. He has a right to his privacy.

Since our temps are 99 today and 100 for the next 2 days, I will be sweating all the time; may stop going to work out room and Sweat with Richard again.

 

FYI, from what I read, Richard is fine; his website is too expensive for me to joing and be in his "in" crowd.

While I've never owned a sweatin to the oldies VHS or DVD, I always appreciated that Richard really wants to make a difference for people who have fitness issues.

 

Such a tender hearted guy to me. 

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise

I love Richard.  I met him and attended one class he was giving during a health fair about an hour from me.  I have pics of us together.

 

I have the old VHS tapes, but no longer have a VCR.  That's my excuse.  LOL
