Help, I can't get the pump to open/ work on the Styling Creme!

Is there some special way to get this pump working? Usually twisting or turning it pops it up but I am having no luck. Dying to use it, it's the Bamboo Green Tea from the TSV!!!! Thanks!!!

The last one that gave me a hard time I got open by twisting it and pulling at the same time. Careful you don't break it.

Argh, that's so frustrating when your excited to use something new.

Put it on a lower table rather than the counter to get some leverage and hold the bottle firm while you twist. good luck!

Don't you push down & turn counter clockwise.

I see the counter clockwise arrow on my bottle, just not sure if you have to push down too.

I have to pull them out and then twist, it's messy but if I am having an issue it always works...

Yep, if it's really not opening, this is the best way to do it. Pull it out and grip the part of the tube directly under the collar and then twist the top around. You can use a towel to grip it if it's very slippery.

yes just had to do that with my new 613 pump today from the TSV...finally got it!
