Will I be allowed to change scents on the TSV?

I am fairly new to WEN and I ordered the TSV in BGT but the MIF looks so tempting as well. Will I be able to change the scent for my 2nd and 3rd shipments if I want?

My experience has been if the products have the same item number, you can change the formula. Always best to check with customer service first though.

I agree with this. Sometimes you can't change the scents at all or just can't change online and need to email or call. It's a good idea to find out before you decide, just in case.

I change scents all the time...as long as they have the same item # it's never been an issue. I just email c/s that way I have in writing that I was able to change. I've never been told I couldn't though.

Thank you all so much. This is such a tough decision but I think I will go with the BGT and then maybe try the MIF later. I hope I'm making the right decision. lol

I just checked QVC program guide and believe that it is March 20th.

What is the item# for the upcoming WEN TSV with auto-delivery? I have been trying to locate it without success. Could only find the 1 shipment advance order item number. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.
