Same here with no way to order. I already had the number but I wonder why QVC is not sending us our emails when we are signed up and are repeated WEN buyers.

I have signed up for those text alerts 3 times and have never gotten them. Annoying! I have just used this board as my alert and so far I've been lucky enough that that has mostly worked, even when I've missed the shows. Get your tech/promos together, Q!

jennys kid - I was getting the text alerts and then they just randomly stopped. But someone on this board suggested I just sign up for all of them not just the beauty ones and viola it actually worked. That was about two years ago and it still magically works!!

That happened to me last time and I had to call and order. I also complained to CS about not receiving an email. The rep checked and said, I was correct in that I should have received one. I ordered the BGT for me and TT for my hubby who has white hair. The great ladies on the forum steered me to TT for him so his hair would not yellow. The blue shampoo he was using was just not doing it anymore.
