OK.. Sorry for the confusion... On September 20th they are having a special day of shows that are Christmas related and anything you buy on that day can be returned until January 31st. So I am not exactly sure when the Christmas season return policy starts??? Maybe customer service would know... Smiley Happy

it has started already, but with selected items. there was a presentation earlier in the month, i think philosophy, and they were saying you had until you end of January to return it. I would check with cs b4 you buy to be sure or ask if there is there way you can tell if the item has a return of January..
