I thought it would be fun to share which Wen CC formulas work the best for our hair (as well as which ones don't work). I've also put up a second thread to share which Wen scents everyone likes.

I have shoulder length, thin/fine/porous hair that is chestnut brown. My hair is on the thinner side; I don't have a lot of it.
The best CC formulas for my hair (starting with my favorite):
1) Tea Tree (TT)
2) 613
3) Cucumber Aloe (CA)
4) Bamboo Green Tea (BGT)
5) Spring Orange Blossom (SOB)
6) Spring Gardenia Green Tea (SGGT)
7) Fall Apple Spice (FAS)
8) Fall Ginger Pumpkin (FGP)
9) Summer Mango Coconut (SMC)
10) Winter Cranberry Mint (WCM)
11) Winter Vanilla Mint (WVM)
12) Pomegranate (POM) - works fine but I don't like the scent
* I use TT for my first cleanse (and rotate CA in every 4th cleanse for it's clarifying benefits). TT helped balance my naturally oily scalp in a few months. TT oil acts as an emulsifier to loosen excess body oil that dries on the scalp. This helps the hair follicles to breathe more easily and is probably why my hair grows so quickly. I also like the medicinal (antifungal & antibacterial) benefits that TT provides to keep my scalp healthy.
* I use 613, BGT or any of the Seasonals for my second cleanse. My thin/fine hair really benefits from the amino acid complex in these formulas. I think my hair may do best with the BGT formula which has the unique bamboo amino acid complex. I also like having the added beauty ingredients that benefit my scalp. -- All of the Seasonals work equally well on my hair.

These CC formulas don't work well on my hair:
13) Lavender (LAV) - it makes my hair frizzy and dries it out a bit. I use it occasionally because I love the LAV scent.
14) Sweet Almond Mint (SAM)
15) Fig (FIG)
* both SAM and FIG seems to leave my hair oily. I think this is because of the glycerin content which, I suspect, leaks out of my very porous hair.
__
Note: I still haven't tried the three Kids CCs (Apple (WKA), Watermelon (WKW), & Strawberry-Banana (WKSB)).

OK Fave formulas. HAHA Had to edit because I put my fave scents.
1. BGT!!!!!
2. SMC
3. POM
4. FGP/FAS (I mix them but I prefer FGP by itself)
5. WKA
I have some WCM coming but haven't tried it yet. I can't use any others due to ingredients issues.

My favorite cc's are TT, SOB (soon to be gone, unfortunately) and Fig. The others work well with my hair, also; I always mix them. The ones that don't work so well are POM (too bad because I love the scent), BGGT and the Wen Kids, all too drying; the FGP was too drying, also. Since I stopped coloring my hair over 3 months ago, I find now that the CA works well on my roots (I had oily hair before I started coloring it, many moons ago). Since I don't have to worry anymore about the color lifting, I'm going to start using it more, even though I don't love the scent.

I love the body that I get with the TT and the scent of the 613. I think they are my favorites for now. I use the CA sometimes too. I bought a variety box of the travel packettes and liked all of them. Even the FIG which I though would be too much for my thin hair!
