Good morning! Still haven't tried the WEN TSV- not sure why but know I have more questions to be answered. Did try the 613 Replenishing mist as 2nd day hair reviver and love it! Have more body then ever! So here are some of my million questions. Does any one use just the 613 or is that just to get your hair back into shape? I have the Bamboo and the Pomegranate- which to use first for my fine, color-treated hair? Many said they don't leave in the cc at end but just use the styling products. And speaking of styling- what are your recommendations? Mousse, styling creme, voluminzing mist? And what about hair spray? Sorry for so many questions but I think this is what is holding me back. Should I just call Customer Service? Thanks again for all your help and advice- really want to try WEN and get the wonderful results that everyone's experienced!

Welcome to Wen, CGR! Ask as many questions as you wish; many here will be able to help you. Or scroll through the forum and you'll find answers to questions you didn't know you had.
I used 613 CC to make my hair strong and now I use it weekly as a first cleanse.
I use the Fig CC as my leave-in; no other stylers.
A lot of Wen is trial and error; keep that in mind.

CGR, welcome to the Wen Forum and welcome to the wonderful world of Wen. *s* HonnyBrown, okiebug and Nicole have all given you excellent suggestions. So I'm just going to add to what they've said.
As far as the scent formulas go, the ones you've selected have been used successfully by people with a wide range of hair needs. POM seems to work well for most people (Chaz calls it a "universal"). BGT is very popular though some people have found it to be drying (this may be due to the amino acid content). 613 which is the most concentrated amino acid formula is also very popular. The amino acids (protein components) can cause hair to get brittle or "strawlike". But that usually happens to people with healthy or thick/coarse hair which already has enough protein. Thin/fine hair like yours (and mine) frequently benefits from the amino acid complex. I use it every time I cleanse. -- I'd suggest that you incorporate the BGT & 613 into your routine, but just keep a watchful eye on your hair. Probably all you'll see will be improvements. *s*
For right now, I wouldn't recommend that you purchase any additional CCs or other products. But I'd recommend TT CC for your next purchase. Most of the people on this board, as well as the Wen models and QVC hosts all incorporate TT CC into their regular cleansing routine.
I have shoulder length, thin/fine/porous hair and this is my regular routine, using cool water to cleanse my hair...
* first cleanse - TT (rotating CA in for every fourth cleanse)
* second cleanse -- any Seasonal (rotating 613 in for every third cleanse)
* a quick burst of *cold* water on my scalp & hair (this helps close the hair cuticles)
* leave-in -- while I'm still in the shower with soaking wet hair, from the 16oz. bottle, I put a half-pump of 613 CC back into the lower half of my hair. Followed by one pump 613 SC, raking the last remnants through the top of my hair (don't flat palm it). Followed by three pumps 613 mousse scrunched into all of my hair (my hair is wavy).
* Then I blot dry my hair with an old, 100% cotton t-shirt (because the loops on towels can rough up your hair's cuticles and cause it to frizz).
* Then I air dry my hair.
I'd recommend reading the long running What Cleanser Did You Use Today? thread. It will give you more ideas for your Wen hair care routine. -- Don't try to read through the entire thread, it will give you Wen hair care overload. Once a day, just read that day's posts. That way it's fun and not work. *s*

KISS... keep it simple *s* -- Don't confuse yourself. The TSV you've bought has the essential elements to start your Wen hair care routine (CC, SC, & RTM). You might think about adding a mousse or treatment oil in a month or two but, for now, you've got what you need. Wen has a learning curve, so you should get a handle on the basics before adding more steps.
The Wen Abbreviations Glossary has a list of the Wen product abbreviations that people use.
All of the links I've included are also in the Wen 101 thread. -- I put this thread together specifically with Wen newbies in mind. There's a lot of information in it: it's much like chapters in a book (posts #1-8 are where the information is). I'd suggest that you skim through it once a day, just to get an idea of how it's put together. Then just read what is of interest to you. Don't go on information overload. It will still be there the next day. -- Reading through the threads should help you to put together your Wen hair care routine. And, of course, you can ask any questions you want to ask in the Wen Forum. *s*
When you begin reading the Wen 101 thread, just focus on posts #1-3:
* post 1 - different types of CCs
* post 2 - most popular Wen products & reasons why people sometimes choose specific CC formulas
* post 3 - key Wen information threads
---
* post 4 - Wen products - user threads
* post 5 - Wen hair care tips - user threads
* post 6 - fun Wen threads
* post 7 - Wen CC Discovery Kits
* post 8 - best values on Wen CCs & other products

HOW TO START USING WEN

HOW MANY PUMPS OF CC TO USE
----
CLEANSING YOUR HAIR
* from tips from the Chaz Dean Studio site (initial post, post #3, & post #8) thread.
* Note: split the number of pumps in half and do two cleanses (i.e. rinse & repeat). Also, for the CC/SC leave-in, start out with just one pump of SC...

5. How do you use the WEN® Cleansing Conditioners?
Rinse hair thoroughly, apply WEN® into your palms and rub together. Use 10-16 pumps for short hair, 16-24 pumps for medium length hair and 24-32 pumps for long hair. If your hair is longer/thicker you may need to increase the amount of pumps. Apply to scalp and hair, adding a splash of water to evenly distribute. WEN® has no harsh detergents or sodium lauryl sulfate, so it won't lather. Massage thoroughly into hair and leave on for the remainder of your shower. Rinse thoroughly and completely, massaging scalp and running fingers through to the ends. Apply 1/2 to 1 pump depending on hair length and texture as a leave-in conditioner to soaking wet hair. For best results we highly suggest you cleanse, rinse and repeat, using half the recommended pumps for the first cleanse, and the remaining half for the second cleanse. Unlike many ordinary shampoos, you may find you don't need to cleanse as often.
Above direction are for 6oz/16oz bottles, refer to label directions for other size bottles.
Immediately after, add 1-3 pumps of the Styling Creme of your choice to soaking wet hair starting at the back of the head and working thought to the ends.
Let hair dry naturally, style or wrap a towel around your head to absorb moisture. Do not abrasively dry your head with a towel as this will stress the hair and cause it to frizz.
Additional Suggestions
You can cleanse daily but when used properly you should only have to cleanse every 2-3 days. Our 16oz size may last you up to 6 weeks.
For extra hydrating and conditioning, you can use the Cleansing Conditioner as an overnight deep hydrating mask treatment. Simply leave on the hair after you have cleansed, cover hair with a shower cap or plastic bag overnight, and rinse out thoroughly in the morning.

HOW TO FIND OUT WHICH CCs WORK BEST FOR YOU - try them (really)
While there are some ideas about which hair types do best with certain cleansing conditioners, for many people, those are not the CCs that work best for them. -- In the end, you will probably have to try a number of the CC formulas in order to find out what works best for your hair. These are the Cleansing Conditioner Discovery Kits available at QVC available at QVC.
