Hi Ladies! I had to share that when I used WEN for the first time this weekend (the POM cc), my hair came out a bit frizzy. I have the 613 sc and used about 1/2 a pump after my leave in as the bottle says. I have shoulder length curly hair. I was kind of bummed because I really love the POM smell and thought it wasn't working. Well, I cleansed again today with the POM, and used a full pump of the 613 sc, and what a difference! My hair has bouncy ringlet curls, just like I was hoping. I guess I did not use enough styling cream the first time. Do you find that you use more styling cream than is recommended on the bottle? I am very excited with this new discovery!!

Yes, I use at least 1.5 pumps on my shoulder length hair. I've noticed with all of the WEN products, I use much more than the directions say to use. It's different for everyone, but when it comes to the cleansing conditioner and the styling cream, more is better for me.

My hair is thick and just below chin-length, and I use about 1.5 pumps of SC along with a half-pump of CC after cleansing. I don't always add the CC to it, though, as it seems to leave my hair with a "coated" feeling if I do it too often.

I used the recommend amount of the regular styling cream and it was like nothing. I ended up using 2-3 times the recommended amount. It never provided enough hold or frizz control, so I gave it up after several months of trying.

Arianny, congrats on your experimenting and finding the amount of product that works for you. I have shoulder lenght thin/fine hair and I use 1/3 pump of SC. One pump weighed my hair down, 1/2 still weighted it down, but 1/3 pump was just right!! ![]()
I've mentioned this before, and I'l say it again...
The rule is that there are no rules.
Wen is a really unique product line on the market. It has an unusual and great variety of ingredients whose benefits seem to vary a great deal for person to person. If you like Wen, then there just is a learning curve. As you've demonstrated, experimentation is the key. As is asking lots of questions.
Congrats again!!
