maybe since i'm a germ freak & it smells astringent clean to me... ironically...i can't stomach many of the other scents(although i love the pumpkin)...

I love Tea Tree. Before WEN, I liked John Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree Shampoo. Didn't realize so many did not like the scent.

You're not alone! I really like the smell of tea tree and agree, perhaps it's the astringent that my brain reads as "clean." Fig, not so much.

Am I the only one who thinks TT smells like Vicks Vapor Rub? I am amazed how so many people would want that scent on themselves and be around people. To me it would be a turnoff. Would you also were a perfume with this scent as well?

It reminds me of my grandmother when she would use Bengay and my grandfather's VO5 hair cream (which pales in comparison). Oh well, different strokes for different folks.

The scent of TT doesn't actually last past the shower so I hardly think it's the same thing as dousing oneself in perfume.

I don't mind the smell of TT at all, either. I think it smells really clean.

I beg to differ and the oil overnight was very potent and long lasting.
