How Often Do You Alternate Flavors?

Hi guys!

So I'm new to the forum, but I've been reading some of the threads and it's nice to see people who are so involved with Wen.

Anyways, just out of curiosity, how often do you alternate flavors? I have like 10 in rotation right now that I switch up at the beginning of every week (pomegranate, sweet almond mint, lavender, summer mango coconut, cucumber aloe, spring orange blossom, bamboo green tea, spring green tea gardenia, 613, and winter cranberry mint) and I actually find that doing so works really well for my hair because it tends to "get used to" stuff.

I also have the Fall Apple Spice flavor (I haven't even used it once) which I'm looking to either sell or give away because I can't stand the scent, so if anyone wants it let me know.

For reference my hair is fine, curly/wavy, down past my boobs, and naturally copper and Wen is working wonders on it!

Thanks everyone Smiley Happy

I do just about every time, I usually use TT for the first cleanse and then just grab a different one for the second, it just depends on what mood I'm in.

WOW!! And I'm at the opposite end of the WEN spectrum - I have 3 I use - TT, fig and 613 and just vary the "recipe" depending on how my hair feels. My hair hasn't needed a change yet.

Haha I know it sounds pretty extreme to have 10, but I also run a beauty blog where I get sent different flavors to review and I have yet to actually finish an entire bottle yet.

Fig and TT, ironically, are the only two I have yet to try.

This is me too! I almost always use TT for first, then depending on how I feel that day I choose from my stash. The only one I haven't had great results with is LAV. But I'm going to try that again before I give up on it.

I feel you on not having great results with LAV, sometimes it makes my hair the best out of all the CCs, and sometimes it just doesn't do as well as the others. My mom loves it though.

Usually, I cleanse with BGT with a "shot" of TT as my first cleanse and then switch up the second cleanse to whatever I feel like - usually a seasonal or 613. You definitely need to try TT - it's great, whether alone or as a "booster" like I use it! Welcome to the Wen forum :-)

Honestly I'm really pining to try TT, but does it smell weird? I've used some TT stuff in the past from other brands (not just for hair but like skincare stuff as well) and it smells SO medicinal, and I feel like a walking eucalyptus tree.

Some people love it, but like you, I find it a tad medicinal. For this reason, I don't generally use it alone; I mix it with BGT for my first cleanse and that way BGT is all I smell! As long as you mix, you should be able to take it :-)

I'm so happy to hear that - I just started using BGT and I love the way it smells Smile
