Re: Please share your Wen routine

I used my HG products - tea tree cc on my scalp and fig on my hair. You will get some great info from a thread called "What Cleanser did you use today?" It has over 1300 comments, but is a sort of journal of what the WEN ladies and gents are using and why they changed formulas. I posted to it so it would be on the front page. There's also a great thread "Benefits of Oils".

Re: Please share your Wen routine

Thanks I read both of those and more. I am trying to figure out what other products besides CC do people use and the frequency and order of use. I understand people use oils before/ after wash and the benefits. 613 is used either to replace CC or as a booster to the 2nd wash. The remoist mask (concentrated) how does this benefit compared to the oils? The replenishing treatment mist in tsv, is this for in between washes?

Styling cream is a must. Use it right out of he shower before drying & I use a smidge on my dry hair right before I use VTM. It gives a little more lift & shine. Glossing serum on dry hair (tiny bit) too is nice this dry winter before final spritz.

Re: Please share your Wen routine

I use Wen Tea Tree oil on my scalp the night before a cleanse. For my first cleanse, I use 613 on Sundays and Tea Tree on Wednesdays. My second cleanse is Wen Fig. I use Wen Fig as my leave-in.

It took me almost 6 months to get that regimen. In addition to those regular Wen products, I also have ReMoist in Pom and Fig, Lav and SAM CCs. My spray bottle contains water and Wen Fig. I use it in between washes.

ReMoist is supposed to give more moisture, but I find the Fig CC more moisturizing when used the same way.

I agree styling cream is a real game changer and I use the glossing serum (2 pumps) on wet hair with the styling cream.

Thanks honey, you use 613 in first cleanse. Yoga thanks for your input also. I have enjoyed hilarys thread (all of them) but I am trying to get info on other products besides which CC was used.

Yes, I use 613 as a CC. My hair loves protein.

Re: Please share your Wen routine

I rotate CCs. I always use styling creme just out of the shower (613 is my favorite SC). During the day I spray the RTM several times - I keep a couple of different ones in my desk at work.

I don't remember to use the oils as much as I wish I would. Ideally I would apply oil most nights (since I cleanse almost every morning), and do a re-moist treatment once a week.
