Is there a formula that is preferred for extra long hair (mid back)? I have been using Pomegranate successfully for over 6 months now, but I wanted to perhaps try a new formulation for tomorrows TSV. I have been hesitant to try Fig because I'm afraid it will weigh my down. Pomegranate is the only one that says it adds moisture without weighing it down. There are formulas for fine-medium-course hair, wavy, dry, color treated etc but nothing that is specifically for long tresses. We too have our own issues.

I agree, it's more the type of hair that determines your CC selection, not the length. I have fine hair and can use all of cleansing conditioners, and do have all of them. The only ones I'm not super crazy about is the WEN Kids. You could try the Fig and return it if it doesn't work for you, but there are a few things I'd try.
*Use your Pom or whatever you like on the scalp and use the Fig as your second cleanse on the ponytail portion of your hair only, being sure to twist and squeeze it into your hair.
*Use some oil on the dry parts of your hair - either apply directly or by mixing some in with your leave-in
*Whatever you do to add moisture, use a little Volumizing Treatment Mist to lighten it up.

My hair is hip length and I really like the bamboo green tea and the kids as far as being extra tangle free. Not that I get tangles with other Wen but those leave my hair even more so. It does really depend on what your hair needs though. I can use pretty much all the Wen formulas except POM which makes my hair rough and tangly and Lav which is just too dry. My core formulas are TT, Kids, Fig and BGT. Plus the seasonals

I echo what the others have said.
Until recently I had nearly waist length THICK hair, so I try to optimize my Wen experience and budget and will offer you this...
I like to use CCs that are more frothy, easy to distribute, and easy to rinse for my first cleanse. For me these CCs are Wen Kids, CA, and WCM (no longer available).
For my second cleanse I use something more moisturizing, like Fig, and former seasonals not available anymore.
