How do I get the last of the 613 Styling Creme out of the bottle?

Hi ladies,

This may have been addressed before but if so, I missed it. I can deal with the last little bit of cleansing conditioner, but the styling crème is stumping me. The pump won't get it all, but if I tip the bottle upside down to put it into a new bottle, it just sticks to the bottom of the old bottle. I've had a bottle upside down on top of another bottle for the entire day and nothing has budged a bit. Do you add water to get the last little bit out?

Your suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hmmm, I'm not sure. I usually just turn the regular styling cremes upside down. Of course, if this one won't budge, I'm not sure. Could you maybe try soaking the bottle in some hot water for a few minutes to warm it up so it will come down in the bottle?

I've added water before. You don't need much...just add a few drops til it's the consistency to move out of the bottle.

Hilary, I think I'll try your suggestion first (I had never thought of warming the bottle), and if that doesn't work I'll add a little water as brownidgirl suggests.

I always cut the bottle open...not the safest way but it works

how about just turning the bottle upside down and pouring out into your hand?

dex, There's another idea that never occurred to me, and I don't know why since that's exactly what I do with all my hand lotions that come in a tube! Maybe I just never considered it because it was a bottle and not the softer plastic of a tube. Thanks!

kcladyz, I had tried turning the bottle upside down but the styling crème is just too thick to drip down.

What I did end up doing was diluting the remaining crème not with water but with the Replenishing Treatment Mist. I kept adding a little until it was just thin enough to pour out. I figured that would be better than adding water since I normally dilute the styling crème with the mist when I apply it anyway.
