How do I get all the WEN out of the bottle?

Still new to WEN and getting to the bottom of a 16oz POM. Looks like there is at least 1 more cleanse but pump want get it out. Do you just open it up and put it in your hands? Won't know how many pumps that way but I don't want to waste it. Tips please and Thank You!!
