Has anyone had a bottle of Wen CC go past its prime?

Like many of you, I have accumulated a significant stash of CC and although I know the official shelf life is supposed to be around two years I'm wondering if anybody has really had a bottle of CC go bad. Most of my stash I've purchased in the last year but I'm currently on a 16 oz bottle of SAM that is at least three years old and it still works great so I wonder at what point does it start to separate/break down or simply not work as well. I am so excited about the new BGT and the upcoming seasonal scents but don't want to purchase more than I can use. Has anybody actually had CC go bad?
