WEN - gallon prices

I was going to give Wen another try, just trying to justify the cost though. How is it that the price of item number A215608, cost far less than the gallon size, ounce-for-ounce ? 4 of that item (which would equal a gallon) costs $160. But the gallon is $177? Huh? And the gallon is supposed to be the best buy ?

You don't have a too much a choice of scents with the duo. If you like the duo

they offer then it is a less expensive option than the gallon.

Overall it seems that Chaz' kits are, ounce for ounce, a better value. However, if you just want the conditioner and don't want other products, or want a scent not offered in that duo, the gallons are a good buy. I got the gallon in the Kids Wen. They aren't available in 32 oz yet and haven't been any kits or anything thus far. A 16oz bottle of the Kids is $29.50 plust shipping so the gallon is a good deal for me.

I bought a gallon of Tea Tree..Simply because It is the one I use the most, my daughter uses it as does my husband.We go through alot, and I don't need any more texture balm ,RTM, or styling creams.For me the gallon makes sense.For other people it might not,You need to sit and figure out if it is worth it to you

I caught the Wen show for the first time today, not interested in QVC hair products usually. First I noticed how much Lisa and the vendor talked over each other, wow it was distracting. Second I saw how expensive it was, $177 for a gallon??? I cannot imagine buying a gallon of anything but milk!! I just don't get it!!

The gallon is really the best buy for me. $201 delivered including s/h of $7.68. If you bought 4 duos in a single shipment, the price is $194.54 with reduced s/h on multiples. If individually, s/h would be $7.22 or $28.88 for 4.. I know the TT gallon is my mainstay, but I left room for getting SAM with other products if a TSV or OTO comes up.{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Yes this. All of it.

If you don't think it is a good value for you, don't buy it and get the other item you speaking of.

There are several reasons why I chose a gallon of TT and SAM and that I feel it is the best value for me. One of the reasons is that I only use TT (and I will try the seasonals) for both cleanses and my DH likes SAM the best. And since I don't need or want most of the other products and I don't like having a bunch of smaller bottles filling up the landfills then the gallons fit the bill. For me.
