I Need to Start New Shingles Thread (please) I Just Got Home From Doc and Surprise!

I feel really sick! I have had diarrhea for 3 days, headache--I'm really weak. I have this long rash on my hip.. I'm thinking I got bit by a tick or bug. She said the rash is Shingles and the diarrhea is unrelated. I feel like I have the flu! The rash doesn't bother me in the grand scheme of things. Not itching more like slight burning but very slight, maybe at night a bit of cortisone. It looks a lot worse than it feels! My hips hurt! My legs hurt! My head hurts! I just feel sick! Honestly--the last diagnosis on my mind--but I'm wondering if my immune system was down and I picked up Shingles AND a virus?? Anyone else get really sick besides the rash with pain???
