Dame Joan Collins after receiving her damehood today at Buckingham Palace. If she's had anything surgically done it's been slight because her face still looks like her. And so stylish in an elegant lady-like way. Love the look and 81 years old!

She's a beautiful woman but there is so much upkeep involved in looking like that. You don't roll out of bed at 81 years old after years of not taking care of yourself and expect to look slim, coiffed, made up and fabulous.
