Susan Graver TSV Shipping Already in Process? Since when?

I ordered a couple of the tunics this morning about 8:15 am, and after I saw the measurements at lunchtime, I realized I needed to size down. This was at 1:00 pm. and I received the dreaded "cannot cancel, the order is in process of shipping" notice. Really? The day wasn't even over! Never have SG's items shipped immediately that I am aware of, they always take the usual 7-10 days. I know some vendors, like Honora, ship directly from the vendor's warehouse, and you can't cancel once you've placed the order. But SG? Is this a new profit center for Q? Making people pay shipping both ways for orders they practically immediately realize were placed in error? And then paying for the correct items as well? Crazy!

Have you tried calling customer service? They might be able to help.

It's always a victory for me when I remember why I entered a room.
