I do not understand the attraction to chicken wings. Or ribs. A lot of messy work for very little payoff. I'm making chili. Chips and guac. Brownie sundaes. You know. Health food! LOL.

I get that; I love wings. Spicy BBQ ones are my favorite, and I prefer the flat wing instead of the drummette. They are just right when my lips and tongue tingle from the spicy heat.
