I'm not, nor have I ever been a sue-happy type person, but there are times when it's appropriate and it looks like this is one of them.

I'm having a hard time with the virus but slowly getting better. The antibiotics and Dulera have really helped. Thank you for asking, and I hope you are doing ok, also.

WHO doesn't monitor vital signs during a procedure?????? It is unbelievable that this even happened!

I hope she wins and I hope more can come out of this. Meaning that other Centers like this will be monitored and regulated in some way.

Why would you say that? SHe is pretty much guaranteed a win after all the mistakes that happened that day. I also think she deserves it.

I have to say after this happened, I had a colonoscopy in November and I thought about Joan a lot. If it could happen to someone as rich and famous as her, it could happen to anyone. I told the drs not to Joan Rivers me before I went under.
