I only know him from The Birds, and would not have known if he was still alive or not. RIP

I remember him playing HG Wells in The Time Machine (1960 version).

Awe. This makes me sad. A fine actor and a very handsome man.

I didn't know he was in Inglorious B....tards. I only saw that movie a 1/2 dozen times.

Feeling nostalgic about this. My mom used to tell me about a boyfriend she had before she met my father. He was an officer in the RAF. She always mentioned that he looked just like Rod Taylor. When I was very little I thought she meant RIP Taylor. LOL.

He was my very first actor crush, back in the early 60s.

I remember him from Falcon Crest - then a movie I used to watch every time it was on - The Glass Bottom Boat with Doris Day. He was a fantastic actor! Now I'm singing the theme song to The Glass Bottom Boat!

Always liked him. Remember watching his old TV show when I was a kid, it was "Hong Kong". He looked a lot like one of my uncles.

Liked the characters he played a couple of times in "Murder She Wrote" too.
