Former NY Governor Mario Cuomo Passed Away Today

His son, Chris Cuomo, works at CNN on the morning show.

Gov. Cuomo apparently was suffering with heart related issues.

He was a good man and respected governor.

This is strange because I just saw a photo of him yesterday, and I didn't think he looked very well. I thought to myself that he'd aged a great deal.

He was a good governor to New Yorkers. May he rest in peace.

Mario Cuomo was a brilliant, witty and compassionate man who inspired others to want to excel.

Which Cuomo was it that use to be on the View as a guest quite often? He was a younger man, and I have not heard much or seen him in awhile.

This is sad. Coming from Italian immigrant grandparents who.lived in NJ, , I always knew who Gov. Cuomo was. Smiley Happy He has five children. Andrew is his eldest, just sworn in to his second term as NY governor. Chris is his youngest .
