Does anyone know a good contact email or phone number for Thrifty? I was overcharged for several hundred dollars for a rental in Alabama last week.
When I call the corporate number (in Oklahoma) the people are so rude, they hang up on you. I opened a case (gave me case #) two weeks ago, and nobody ever called me back. But they had no trouble charging my credit card!!
It is fruitless to keep calling the main customer care number. I cant find a different number, or the CEO or corporate number.
I need to talk to someone high up, and have them investigate this.
Any suggestions or help is much appreciated!!

I would dispute the charge on your credit card and let them deal with it.

File a dispute with the credit card. That will get their attention.

I don't have any numbers for Thrifty other than what would be on their website.
I would dispute it with your credit card. You'll get farther with them than with Thrifty.

I would also file a report with your credit card company, but I also found several phone numbers you could try. Here they are:
1-888-400-8877
1-800-847-4389
1-800-344-1705. I also found on their website where you can send am email describing your problem , and hopefully get a response that way as well. Good Luck!!!!!!

Did they over charge you on the daily or weekly rate? Or mileage charges?
Line up your documentation and get your ducks in a row and dispute it.
Just glad to read it isn't about damage . . . always best to do a walk around and take photos with your cell phone of any and all questionable dents, spots, marks etc. that may be on the vehicle before you drive it off the lot.

Yes we had to do that several times this year and each time we got our money back. The CC companies take this very seriously. They will record your statement...ask you pertinent questions then take it up with Thrifty.
