Whenever The Bird is done, so about 6 hours cooking time and then eat about 45-60 minutes later. Maybe 4?

Around 4:30ish. The turkey went in the roaster about an hour ago. Can't wait for another hour or two when the smell will slowly beging to emanate throughout. OMG, roasting turkey has to be one of the best smells.

I do a huge buffet 2p to about 6p so all can eat, after that dessert and turkey for sandwiches.
