Bethenny Frankel is once again shocking her fans with her super-skinny physique.

"The Real Housewives" of New York star, 43, posted this picture of herself on Facebook Tuesday promoting her latest book Skinnygirl Cocktails, but instead got plenty of reaction for her weight.

Clad in a green leopard skirt, a black top and a belt that emphasized her tiny waist, it's obvious that Frankel has lost a bit of weight in recent months.

It is the photo on her FB page, I just went and looked. She could have photoshopped it but considering the comments posted thre, I don't know why she would.

Yikes, I'm the kind of person who says you can't be too thin nor too rich (ha,ha,) but she is not looking good at all! She was cool when "Bravo" TV had the wedding with her and Jason but what a difference in a few years. Not looking good at all. Does anyone know if about her dog Cookie? I have to admit that her doting on her pet was one of the reasons why I liked her in the first place.

Her eating habits are terrible. Her book Naturally Thin recommended things like eating a ""bite"" of roast beef and 2 brocolli florets for dinner. She always made sure she had enough calories left over for alcohol.

It's always a victory for me when I remember why I entered a room.
