I saw the winner of all times yesterday on EBAY? A 6 foot Santa peeking out of a out house! can you imagine planting this on your front lawn?? The scary thing is that I checked today and it is sold!!!

Re: let's talk inflatable Christmas decorations!

NOT a fan.

There is a neighborhood about 10 miles from me and has one house that must have a dozen of these large inflatable decorations on their lawn . . . granted it is probably a 1/2 acre or so lot but still.

I still enjoy riding around one night all over the general vicinity to ""look at the lights"" . . . enjoyed it as a kid and still do . . . and going through the Botanical Gardens here that does a very nice light display sponsored by probably almost 100 local companies! Bumper to bumper for a couple of hours each night starting Thanksgiving weekend. Quite the fundraiser. We miss a few years here and there . . . but always enjoyable to return after a few years hiatus.

nothing Christmas-y about them. and they look awful during the day when they're deflated.

I can see how kids would like them, but I really hate seeing them airless during daylight hours.

They look festive at night, but during the day they look like a graveyard.
