Is it the prison Martha Stewart was in? I believe that was discussed as one of the options for her. Maybe you're allowed to plead for your preference?

Re: Tre sent a letter to the judge

Her attorney resigned stating that this was the last straw. She wrote the letter to the judge unbeknownst to Wendy (don't have last name), her attorney. One cannot tell a judge where they want to serve their time.

I'm sure more details will come forward. Ahhh, Tre, you still don't get it.

pommom, you might be interested in the thread about NJ housewives. They are talking about it on there. Some good links etc.

BTW, do you know exactly WHAT tre wrote in her letter?

Tre will never ""get it"". She still thinks she was wronged.

Fate whispers to her, "You cannot withstand the storm." She whispers back, "I am the storm."

She should have asked for the opposite of what she wants

She will never admit too or accept she did something wrong.

"Wendy" is a PR person not her attorney although at this point I don't think it matters.

Re: Tre sent a letter to the judge

Her latest attorney, Stacy Ann Biacamano, sent the letter to the Judge on Teresa's behalf. Stupid! Letter can be read on radar online. Also if you google the Star-Ledger in NJ, they have the story with a link to a pdf of the letter.
