BEFORE the ebola crisis started, the entire country had 60 medical doctors.
Sixty doctors for an entire nation.
And we wonder why these types of diseases spread so quickly and can be so devastating!

Based on the corrupt government and brutality that has been going on in Sierra Leone for years, it's no wonder medical personnel are a rarity there.

Does this country believe in the ""non medical healers""? I have heard this is a problem in the Ebola stricken countries and that many volunteer medical professionals have a tough time even getting to them to treat them.
