Poor Marie!

She said she flew directly from Las Vegas to share this unique item with her QVC friends!

I remember her short lived jewelry line - she said she personally designed an elephant pin, based on a relative (or some such fake story). It turned out that HSN was selling the IDENTICAL pin...which they got from the same Chinese jewelry mart where Marie's buyers got hers!!!!

I do not care what the woman sells.... just do not say it was your idea and the only one on the market like it. That is just a bold faced lie to the consumer.

THAT is really something... shows HER integrity...

"..one of a kind"? Maybe the concept is the same, but it IS different than Tony Little's version as pictured above ^^^^.

You could use the band by itself vs Tony's version is fixed on the bar.

Again, same CONCEPT, but different.

Dan is correct. Portable gyms have the tubing permanently affixed to the bar. Marie's version allows tubing to be removed to use on its own...as well as you can use your own, stronger tubing. Yep, they're correct.

I'm sure the Chinese company that sold this item to Marie hawks it all over the world.

It has different packaging - with different names in different languages - but if that is what makes it "unique" - IT'S QUITE A STRETCH!

That's the beauty of marketing!!
