How do you eat them? Alone? On salad? I bought my very first sardines and not sure how they would be best. TIA

My mom used to eat them on saltines with a mustard sauce.

Feed them only to my dog...dog food.... And her breath STINKS !

Well I never ate them but my mother ate them alone and made the 2 cats go outside. She only bought the ones in the wrapped package by underwood.

My mother bought the same ones. She'd have sardines on toast.

They are considered very healthy, and they're high in calcium since you eat the bones. It's been a long time since I had them, but I don't remember discerning any bones, they're so fine.
