Can anyone post anything? x-rated? heinous? Does anyone screen it before it is allowed? Just thinking outloud?

I think you just post & they review if somebody complains. Why don't you just read their policies?

no one reviews them first. they depend on other viewers to flag media that is against the terms of service.
