This animal was eating one of our rental houses (picture included)....

One of our tenants reported some kind of animal had gotten under her house, and she could both hear and feel the vibrations of chewing on the floor joists. We set a live trap at the opening of the crawl space and caught this Woodchuck!/></p> <p>As you can see, he was in Woodchuck Jail. I can happily report that he was Scared Straight, paroled and relocated under the Woodchuck Witness Protection Program. </p> <p> </p>

I've seen an animal on occasion in my back yard that looks like this - I thought it might be a ground hog, and I guess I'll have to look up and see if a wood chuck and a ground hog are different. At least they can't get under my house, but I think I'd better check underneath my storage houses out back!{#emotions_dlg.w00t}
