Would you announce if you were going through menopause?

It's nothing to be ashamed of. No big deal for me.

It's become common ground to announce it with pride. like a woman who announces being pregnant with pride. you've come into your own.

I see a lot of women doing it know a days.

While it's nothing to be ashamed of, I'm not sure I see any need to announce it. In what context did Jill announce it?

I kinda' did! I made jokes about it because I was working with all men and broke out in a bad sweat and was grumpy. They were very nice thru the rest of the meeting. One of them asked me if it was like PMS and I laughed and said, "Trust me, it's worse!".

How exactly did she ""announce"" it?

Did she actually make a grand announcement at the beginning of the show or did she happen to mention it during a presentation?

Maybe she made the announcement because some people are still asking her on her FB page if she's expecting.

Heck...the Q uses it as a selling point for many items. I hear them say, "this could be used for your personal summers" when selling bras, tops, etc. It's becoming a topic without stigma, so why not?

When she was selling sheets and telling how hot she was. That her inner child was playing with matches, starting a bon fire. Announcement might be not be the right word.

I was remiss in announcing either the onset or termination.

I don't see anything ""cringe"" worthy about it. It's part of life.
