rachel canning, the girl who had moved out and wanted to sue her parents for support and tuition, has now had to file a restraining order against her boyfriend.

If he was violent with her then regardless of her past I 100% agree with a restraining order.

Hope they make sure something really happened to this girl. I hate any type of violence on anyone that is vulnerable. I also have my doubts when someone young has what I see as a "prior history" of seeing real life in some type of fantasy world.

She needs to grow up before she goes off alone to college, if that is still in the works.

If he was violent he needs to be held accountable. The problem is with HER history. Anyone who would put her parents through seems the type to manipulate events her way. She will need hard proof. JMO

She's going to Western New England University in Massachusetts this fall. I thought she had been accepted to higher ranked universities.
