I do credit Logo. I didn't see similar styles until Logo started coming out with these types of tops.

"Good grief," OP ... Eileen Fisher has been doing this type of hem and soft, unstructured designs for thirty years. What I'd suspect is Lori did her apprenticeship and early work experience for a design house similar to Eileen Fisher's.
