Yes and she even gave a speech about him and was ""emotional"".... I have my suspicions about the son. Too glib IMO..... No emotion...

There was nothing to cause any charges against the son. Remember, he was checked for both blood and gunfire residue, his mom was not.

The son expressed anger with how his father never forgave his mom and flaunted his affair, also the father's caustic attitude but it sounded like the son withheld a lot of the father's behaviors choosing to not go into details. I thought the son was totally believable, not a perfect person, but honest about his feelings and observations (and humorous especially during the trial about being guilty of carrying a small container of hand cleaner).
