I wish she would use different phrase than " BAD ICKY" when describing things not in her products.she said it over and over again through the hour. I think the consumer in general is educated enough to understand if you name some of the toxic ingredients rather than saying bad icky. It sounds like she is talking down to us.

Lol! I was thinking the same thing. Is "icky" a cosmetic term? I'm ok with it every once in a while, but it's part of her script, which is just ridiculous. That said, I ordered the eye liner.

Good Morning Elizabeth. I think that if she only said it once... if would have been fine. But she said it probably 5 times in the hour to describe the toxic ingredients. Icky Bad.. over and over again. It stops being cute and becomes obnoxious. Have a great week!
