Is the movie still good if you don't see it in 3D?

Do you mean, is it a good story without being queasy and nauseous? (I hate 3-D.)

Yes, that's what I mean.

I saw it last week with my husband, who hates wearing those glasses. Personally, I'd rather have seen it without the 3D. It was entertaining, but we just didn't get the hype. I was a bit disappointed. I don't think the 3D added all that much to it. That's just me .... and him.

We saw it as a regular movie, not IMAX or 3D. Both were available, but the times didn't work as well for us. Sooo, we went to the movie and never really thought we were missing anything. It was very good and quite intense with amazing special effects. I feel very confident in saying I would make a very, very poor astronaut!

Im sure its still good, but I highly recommend 3D because it feels like youre IN space. Its an awesome movie in my opinion!

Yes, a great story does not need 3D glasses.

Yes, the space effects are just as awesome in regular 2D - I chose not to see it in 3D to save $5. And I still don't know how they did it, just amazing space shots! Sandra is amazing too, you will enjoy it in 2D.

Thanks all. I did go and see it without the 3D and it was very good.
