Forgot about time zones and network schedules....hope people see this....it's kind of 'big time' don't you think?

I rarely watch, but I'm waiting for a call so I was sitting, on the TV went, out came the laptop....and there he was!

Did anybody see RR this morning?

Did anyone jot down the recipe he shared?

What I caught was: brown hamburger and onion, add 2 small cans of tomato sauce. Put some cooked macaroni in a baking dish, add 1 C of ricotta mixed with 2 T sour cream, and some chopped green bell pepper, spread it on the 1st layer of macaroni, sprinkle on grated cheddar cheese, add another layer of macaroni then ladle the meat sauce over the top.

I think I missed something in there somewhere. I think maybe he said something about mozzarella, too?

Good for him! I read somewhere that his shows on the Q have about 3.5 million viewers. It's always nice to see a success like this.

It looked tasty but also looked like enough to feed a small army.
